- Who pays for the reporter's AI assistant?
- The reporter. Their own assistant drives the session, so its model usage is theirs. You pay only for machine time.
- Do credits expire?
- Purchased credits don't. The free monthly grant lapses at the end of each month.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, for unused credits within 14 days of buying them. See the refund policy.
- What happens when credits run out?
- New builds and sessions don't start until you add credits. Nothing is charged automatically.
